Arsenal and Manchester City are both being linked with Dinamo Zagreb defender Sime Vrsaljko.
The 20-year old Croatian right-back is attracting attention from a number of clubs around Europe with the Gunners and City at the forefront.
Arsenal have Bacary Sagna and Carl Jenkinson in the right-back position at the moment but could look to add further competition whilst City has Pablo Zabaleta and Micah Richards but Vrsaljko is highly-rated in his homeland.
Italians Sampdoria and Spaniards Valencia are also believed to keen on Vrsaljko who has already won four senior caps for Croatia.
