Arsenal and Manchester City are chasing Borussia Dortmund striker Lucas Barrios.

Barrios has managed just three appearances for Dortmund this season and is eager to leave.

BILD says Arsenal, Manchester City and Sunderland are keeping tabs on the 27-year-old.
