Arsenal will go after Saint-Etienne midfielder Josuha Guilavogui if they fail to land Yohan Cabaye from Newcastle United.
The 22-year old French defensive mid appeared on Arsenal's radar earlier in the summer and reports suggest that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will keep him in his plans just in case they are unsuccessful with their pursuit of Cabaye.
Guilavogui has been with Saint-Etienne's seniors since 2009 and made his debut with France earlier this year.
