Arsenal are set to make Carl Jenkinson available for loan.
The Daily Star says Newcastle United want Arsenal's young right back Jenkinson on a year's loan while Stoke City are also interested.
Jenkinson will leave as Mathieu Debuchy arrives from Newcastle.
