Arsenal are closing in on a deal for Standard Liege striker Michy Batshuayi.Record says Batshuayi was due to meet with Porto officials on the weekend, but skipped the scheduled summit amid claims of Arsenal interference.
The exciting Belgian talent favours a move to the Gunners and has resisted signing for Swansea City after the Swans had a bid accepted last week by Standard.
Interestingly, Batshuayi visited the Emirates last season to see Arsenal in action.
Porto had hoped of tempting him to Portugal as a replacement for Jackson Martinez.
