The agent of Benfica defender Rafik Halliche is in talks with Arsenal.
Chronofoot.com says the Algeria international's agent is staying in a London hotel on Arsenal's request to discuss the prospect of a summer move to Emirates.
Halliche impressed Gunners boss Arsene Wenger during the World Cup and while commentating in South Africa, the Frenchman instructed Gunners' officials to make contact with the player's representatives.
While contracted to Benfica, Halliche has spent the past two seasons on-loan at Nacional.
