West Ham keeper Manuel Almunia kept his first clean sheet for the Hammers in Saturday's 4-0 victory over Blackpool at Upton Park. And the Arsenal stopper, who is on-loan at Upton Park, is keen to see how far West Ham can go in the Championship.
He told the club's official website: "My ambition is to play as many games as I can. I want to do well for the manager and the club.
"We all like big games. Despite it being a Championship game, it's going to be hard and a good test for us to see where we're going to be at the end of the league.
"Champions League or Championship, it is all the same. The style and quality are different, but it is football and I enjoy playing football whatever the category."
