AS Monaco sensation Anthony Martial admits he wanted to quit the club in January.

Martial has played a big role in ASM's progress to the Champions League quarterfinals.

And his form has brought him to the attention of Arsenal and Liverpool.

"Early in the season I wanted to leave, but at the last moment the club blocked me," he confessed to Canal+.

"I felt I wasn't being allowed to show the club what I could do in games."
