Manolo Gabbiadini believes Napoli must do everything they can to keep his strike partner Gonzalo Higuain at the Serie A club.
Higuain has reportedly been the subject of interest from Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea this summer.
However, it now appears likely he will sign a new deal with Napoli, with interested clubs baulking at £66million asking price for the 27-year-old.
Gabbiadini told Italian radio station Radio Kiss Kiss he believes the Argentine international is untouchable and must remain at the Stadio San Paolo
"They say a lot of things about Gonzalo," Gabbiadini said.
"We shouldn't forget the number of decisive goals he scored. Pipita is untouchable, we must keep him here.
"He should take penalties, despite his misses over the last period."
