Lazio midfielder Hernanes is again being linked with a move to England.
Hernanes' agents have confirmed the interest of Arsenal and Liverpool this year.
TMW says with new contract talks dragging on between Hernanes and Lazio, his representatives are now sending out feelers across Europe.
A move to the Premier League is now regarded as the favourite destination for the Brazilian in the summer - if not sooner in January.
