Sevilla defender Federico Fazio has left the door open to a move to England in the summer.

Arsenal and Liverpool expressed interest in the Argentine last month.

Fazio revealed: "Zenit came very close. The conditions were good for me, but the truth is I was not convinced about going there and so I preferred to stay. Playing in the Premier League, in Italy or Germany would be good someday.

"I have a few years on my contract with Sevilla, but something can happen in the summer."
