The agent of Cheikhou Kouyate suggests he has held talks with both Arsenal and Liverpool regarding his client.
The 24-year old Senegal centre-back can leave Belgian club Anderlecht and could soon be on his way to England according to his representative Saffet Balkan.
"I have been in talks with representatives from Liverpool and Arsenal over Cheikhou Kouyate," Balkan told Turkish-Football.com.
"Arsenal are very interested in Kouyate. It's very likely that he'll be joining a Premier League club soon."
Senegal-born Kouyate holds a Belgian passport, which he has obtained since the 2012 London Olympics, when he was first a target for the Gunners.
