Arsenal are tracking Blackburn Rovers midfielder Junior Hoilett.
The Canadian is off contract in June and can sign a pre-contract with a continental club now.
Arsenal and Liverpool are urging Hoilett's camp to delay any decision until the summer when he will be free to speak with English clubs.
