PSG have reportedly won the race to sign VfL Wolfsburg star Julian Draxler.
Goal is reporting that the French giants have agreed a £38million fee for the German attacking midfielder.
Unai Emery is in need of some strengthening in January after a subpar start to his first season in charge at Parc des Princes and it is understood that Draxler, 23, will be making the move to the French capital to give the reigning Ligue 1 champions a lift.
Arsenal have been showing serious interest in Draxler in recent times, while Liverpool have also been linked, but it looks as though PSG have flexed their financial muscle by making a healthy offer to Wolfsburg.
The report adds that PSG will pay an upfront fee of around £30m with the remaining £8m to be made up of bonuses and add-ons.
Former Schalke star Draxler has made no secret of his desire to depart Wolfsburg and it looks as though he will get his wish in the New Year.
