Arsenal and Liverpool are again being linked with Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan.

Milliyet says Arsenal and Liverpool are both looking at Turan with a view to trying to buy him in January.

They also suggest that both Premier League clubs have dispatched scouts to run the rule over the player.
