QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar is set to stay in the Premier League next season. The Daily Express says Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are following QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar, who has allegedly ruled out a return to Brazil.
Cesar has had an impressive season for the Hoops, after displacing Rob Green as QPR's number one.
But the 33-year-old Brazil international could be set to leave the club at the end of the season following relegation.
