Arsenal and Liverpool are waiting to pounce for unsettled Barcelona winger Pedro.

Pedro penned a new, long-term deal with Barca only last month, but Sport says he's unhappy with his situation and prepared to seek a move after the July 18 election.

Barca's move for Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan has upset Pedro and he's ready to demand a transfer in the coming days.

Liverpool and Arsenal are monitoring developments and will need little encouragement to move for the Spain international.

PSG are also keen, though Pedro favours the Premier League if he must leave Spain.
