Arsenal and Liverpool are keeping tabs on Real Betis midfielder Beñat Etxebarria.
AS says the two Premier League giants are tracking the 25 year-old Spain international ahead of the January market.
Benat's form has earned him a call-up to the Spain squad and recently Betis increased his buyout clause from €15 - 20 million.
