Arsenal and Liverpool are aware of the buyout clause in Levante goalkeeper Keylor Navas' deal.
Navas, 27, is now on the wanted list for Liverpool, Arsenal and Atletico Madrid, as there is only one year left on his contract and he has a £6.5million buy-out clause, says the Mirror.
Costa Rica assistant coach Paulo Wanchope isn't surprised by the top level interest.
"Navas is the best keeper in Spain and I think he is the best keeper at the World Cup. He has made some really great saves - of course the penalty - and I think he will end up at a great, great club.
"A lot of our players are playing for their future and we will see what happens with the likes of [midfielder] Yeltsin Tejeda or Navas."
