Premier League clubs are battling to bring CSKA Moscow attacker Keisuke Honda to England.

The Daily Express says Everton, Liverpool and Arsenal are all keen on the Japan international, who is off contract at the end of the calendar year.

Honda could help fill the void left by Manchester United signing Marouane Fellaini at Goodison Park, while Arsenal and Liverpool may see him as a cheap mid-season alternative to bolster their squads in January.
