Mainz have rejected a massive Premier League offer this week for midfielder Jean-Philippe Gbamin.
Just a day after Gbamin declared he wanted to move to England, BILD reports a €35m offer from an unnamed Premier League club was lodged - and rejected by Mainz.
While the identity of the club is unknown, it's claimed Arsenal could have been the bidder.
Mainz coach Sandro Schwarz stated, "He may dream of England, but we are clear...
"He stays!
"Jean-Philippe is not on the market."
