Arsenal are launching a bid for Malaga striker Salomon Rondon.

The £15million-rated striker was Malaga's top scorer last season and helped them to their first appearance in the Champions League.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has already signed Lukas Podolski and is looking at all options to take the pressure off Robin van Persie to make him stay, says the Daily Star Sunday.
