Arsenal legend Ian Wright doesn't believe Roberto di Matteo has changed much since taking charge of Chelsea.
Wrighty insists there is no magic formula behind the transformation since Di Matteo took charge.
"I don't know if it was the enormity of the Napoli game, but the players had a lot to prove. It was an unbelievable performance.
"That squad, however, is more than good enough to finish in the Premier League's top three.
"Di Matteo's opened it up and brought the experienced players in and around him. It looks to me like everyone's responded to him doing that.
"He's got Chelsea doing exactly what they should be at this stage of the season - winning games.
"It remains to be seen whether he can sustain that level of performance from the boys, but why not give Di Matteo the job full-time if he does well until the end of the season?" He told The Sun: "I just think the boys weren't happy with AVB, they couldn't play for him. For whatever reason, that performance just wasn't in them for him.
