Arsenal legend Ian Wright has questioned the desire of Newcastle United striker and former England teammate Michael Owen.
In his column for The Sun, Wright wrote: "His career is going down the pan and it's upsetting for me.
"He's got the rest of his life to concentrate on racing. It's something we all know he loves but football should surely be his priority.
"He's had a rotten run with injuries but I don't think he's showing enough desire.
"He needs to think, 'I'm 29, I'm 10 goals away from being England's greatest-ever goalscorer - and I'm going to have a real go'."
