Arsenal legend Ian Wright feels Stan Kroenke has left manager Arsene Wenger out to dry.
Wright is a firm supporter of Alisher Usmanov's takeover attempt.
And he told Match of the Day: "It is so unstable at the moment. The boss looks very despondent. He is out on his own.
"They are protesting against the owner {Stan Kroenke] but his silence is deafening.
"Abramovich is silent but he puts his money where his mouth isn't. That's what Arsenal fans would like from Stan Kroenke, to start backing the club and the team."
Asked if he thought Wenger should walk away, Wright insisted he should simply be "backed more" by the Emirates board.
