Arsenal legend Ian Wright is convinced Sir Alex Ferguson will bring out the best in new Manchester United signing Dimitar Berbatov.

"I've said this many times but I was disappointed with Berbatov's attitude towards the move," Wright told The Sun.

"He could have left with a much nicer taste in his mouth for himself and the Tottenham fans.

"United have got a great player, it's just a pity about his attitude during his last year at Spurs.

"But Ferguson has definitely seen something he can help Berbatov with and I'm looking forward to seeing how he fits in with United's style of play.

"His touch is great and his finishing is top class so it will be interesting to see how that will fit in with Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo."
