Arsenal legend Ian Wright has defended goalkeeper Wojciech Szcz?sny.

The Pole is under huge pressure going into today's derby with Tottenham.

Wright said: "I love Szcz?sny. He's a young goalkeeper and he has a lot of quality. The only thing I will say is that he needs genuine quality around him, in respects of a goalkeeping coach and the pressure of decent number two behind him.

"He's got all of the attributes to become a great keeper but needs a mentor to help him concentrate on his football and reach the highest level."
