Arsenal legend Wright full of praise for Liverpool's Johnson in England draw

Arsenal legend Ian Wright was impressed by Liverpool fullback Glen Johnson in England's draw against France.

Wright wrote in The Sun: "Glen Johnson did as well as anybody, but other than that I'd struggle to pick one really.

"He was solid throughout, although at times I'd like to see him busting a gut to get back more after bombing down the wing, but then again that's why James Milner was on the right.

"People were saying this player or that one should be in ahead of him, but what I like about Glen is he plays the same for club and country and that's been something where many have fallen down in the past."
