Arsenal legend Ian Wright wants to see new blood introduced to the senior England team.
Wright believes the time has come for England to pitch more youngsters into the team and feels the likes of Everton's Jack Rodwell and Manchester City winger Adam Johnson have got to be picked for the European Championship qualifiers.
Wright said: "We have got Rodwell and Johnson knocking on the door. At some stage we need to look at our future and how we will get young players, like Germany, who will take teams on with no fear.
"We are not getting enough good young English players into the top half of the Premier League and letting them grow and play.
"The German coach is ready to put these youngsters in. He has given them the exuberance of youth and they were fearless.
"I am starting to question my faith and I am really disappointed."
