Arsenal legend Bob Wilson says Arsene Wenger will be delighted with the capture of Aaron Ramsey.
"It's not like the club needed a boost. But this will certainly provide one for everyone involved.
"Theo joined Arsenal above Chelsea, despite the fact it was for less money, because he believed Arsene Wenger was the best man to fulfil his potential. He wanted an education in the game and he knew Arsene would provide that better than anyone.
"I'm sure Aaron would have had similar thoughts when he chose Arsenal. Arsene can help him fulfil the huge potential he clearly has.
"I couldn't help but be caught up in all the publicity about the next wonder in British football. It seemed just like the situation with Theo two years ago.
"Two years on and people are asking whether Walcott should be further down the line. But these days he is physically and mentally stronger, fitter, and he is still only 19.
"Theo wants to learn, but he is growing impatient. That is the road Aaron will have to go on.
"I think Aaron will have the induction Theo did. Start as a sub during pre-season, feature in the FA and Carling Cups, but be on the fringe of the first team."
