Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira has weighed into the Lionel Messi versus Cristiano Ronaldo debate.
The two stars will face off tonight in the El Clasico between Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Vieira, currently in charge of New York City FC, told Sport: "There are two important aspects in this rivalry.
"On the one hand, we have Messi, a player who was born with a huge talent. I saw him train and a friend, who played with him, assured me that he is far from the best in training. This is normal because he has an innate talent, he does not need to work.
"Cristiano Ronaldo, on the other hand, is the best in the world for his ability to work hard because he knows he has to work harder than others to be the best."
