Arsenal legend Thierry Henry says Tottenham striker Harry Kane has it all to prove.Roy Hodgson has confirmed the 21-year-old will start for the Three Lions against Italy on Tuesday night but Henry has warned Kane he must prove he can stay at the very top.

"Kane scored just over a minute into his England debut and is enjoying a terrific season for Tottenham but this is still only the start of his journey," Thierry Henry wrote in his column for The Sun.

"I am not having a go at Kane but it is not how you start, it is how you last an international career.

"To play well for six months or a season in football is nothing. To do so for over a decade like Rooney requires something extraordinary."
