Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has paid tribute to departing Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
The New York Red Bulls ace, who scored twice in a 2-1 win over Montreal on Wednesday, was stunned by Fergie's retirement.
He said: "When he came in he said that he wanted to top Liverpool and did.
"It's not like he did it and then said 'Oh that's what I had in the back of my mind.' He said it before he did it. He had an outstanding career."
