Arsenal legend George Graham says Chelsea are streets ahead this season thanks to their summer market work.
Graham claims early summer deals for Cesc Fabregas, Diego Costa and Filipe Luis laid the foundations for Chelsea's sensational beginning to the campaign.
"Jose Mourinho did his best work in the summer," the former Arsenal boss told talkSPORT.
"While the majority of managers were probably watching the World Cup, he was out there buying the players he thought they needed to win the Premier League.
"He bought quality players for the first team, not for the squad, and he has got the ideal package. Chelsea are way ahead the rest of the teams now."
