Arsenal legend Tony Adams has urged Aston Villa captain John Terry to move to China to extend his career.
Chelsea icon Terry is expected to leave Villa after failing to secure Premier League promotion.
Adams, a consultant for several Chinese Super League teams, says the former Chelsea star would be ideal for a move to the Far East.
When asked about Terry, the former England captain said: “Come and join me in China."
Arsenal legend Adams retired at the age of 35 following the double success of 2002.
He added: “I was ready and I'd been at one club but John has a different version.
“I wanted to go five minutes too early rather than five minutes too late.
“His experience would see him do a job at a club, for sure."
