Arsenal are cool on competing for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas this summer. The Telegraph says Fabregas will consider a return to the Premier League this summer, with Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea all made aware of the Barcelona midfielder's discontent at the Nou Camp.

Manchester United manager David Moyes, a confirmed admirer of Fabregas during his time at Everton, could offer the midfielder a possible move to Old Trafford, but Manchester City and Arsenal are believed to be lukewarm in response to suggestions that the 26-year-old could be available.
