Arsenal Kyiv president Vadym Rabynovich has confirmed a contract offer has been tabled to AC Milan fullback Marcos Cafu.
Rabynovich told Tutto Mercato Web: "Our proposal is for just under £1.4 million-a-season. I can assure you that the will of Arsenal is to sign Cafu, he is a great professional."
