Arsenal midfielder James Dunne can sign permanently with Nottingham Forest.

The Gunners have confirmed the teenager joins the Championship side initially on loan with a view to a permanent deal when the transfer window re-opens in January.

The move comes after Dunne, along with Abu Ogogo and Paul Rodgers, spent a trial period at the City Ground earlier in October.
