Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny admits he hasn't always been at his best this season.

Szczesny admits it has not all been plain sailing during his first full season as the Club's No 1.

"I had a bad spell at the beginning of the year, in January, when we lost three games to Swansea, Fulham and Manchester United - I wasn't at my very best," he told Arsenal Player.

"I can't explain what the reason was; I felt good and worked hard so I guess it was just one of those times when things don't go for you.

"I had a bad moment but I picked myself up and had a couple of good performances after that and I have been fine since."
