Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny admits the atmosphere at Tottenham is always white hot.

The Pole is a vocal goalkeeper and likes to get his message across but he concedes that his efforts may be wasted.

"Unfortunately at White Hart Lane you don't even have to bother shouting because nobody's going to hear you there," Szczesny told arsenal.com. "I think I am going to keep quiet!

"I am going to do the same thing but I do realise my defenders might struggle to hear me this time.

"With new players coming in you have to give them confidence playing behind them so hopefully I can give them as much advice as I can.

"My throat does hurt sometimes afterwards but that's a sacrifice I am willing to make."
