Arsenal goalkeeper James Shea has been snapped up by Dagenham & Redbridge.
Shea is to join Dagenham & Redbridge on loan for the 2011/12 season.
The 20-year-old keeper was a regular for Neil Banfield's Reserves last season, making 11 appearances and keeping three clean sheets.
Shea goes to Victoria Road to fill the void left by his goalkeeping coach at Arsenal, Tony Roberts, who has retired as a player this season as the Daggers' record appearance holder.
