Arsenal keeper Fabianski against goal line technology

Arsenal goalkeeper Lukas Fabianski is against goal line technology.

Fabianski is concerned that technology could detract from the romance of the game as we know it.

“I don't know if we are going to get goal-line technology in the future but to be honest I would love to keep it as it is,” he told a Chinese fans’ webchat on arsenal.com. “I know people have their own opinions on the subject but for me, football is football. It is a game of mistakes and that is part of it.

“There is still no technology used by the officials. Outside the game, for the commentators and experts, I think it is really helpful but during the games for the officials it has always been the same.”
