Arsenal keen as Quincy Promes talks up 'Liverpool, Barcelona' to Spartak Moscow teammates

Arsenal are watching Spartak Moscow striker Quincy Promes.

The Holland international talked up a move to Liverpool in January where good friend Gini Wijnaldim now plays.

However, Sport-Express says Arsenal have been watching Promes this season and despite penning new terms last summer, a move away is in his plans.

Spartak teammate Dmitri Kombarov revealed: "Promes is an ambitious boy.

"He would like to test himself at clubs like Liverpool and Barcelona; this is what he says occasionally."

Promes' new deal, which runs to 2021, carries a €30 million buyout clause for European clubs and €50 million for Chinese teams.
