Palermo centre-forward Abel Hernandez is being tracked by Arsenal.

The Daily Mail says Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has instructed his global network of scouts to start identifying realistic forward targets the club can go for in January.

Hernandez is on his radar, with Palermo accepting this is likely to be the Uruguayan's final season in Rosanero colours.

Tottenham have also been long-term suitors of Hernandez.
