Arsenal have joined the battle for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette.
The Sunday Mirror says manager Arsene Wenger – who missed out on Jamie Vardy last week when the England striker signed a new contract with Leicester – is well aware of the Lyon star's talent.
Prolific Lacazette scored 23 goals in 43 matches for his club last season and the Gunners' boss Wenger is to meet with a representative of the player this week in France.
But also interested are West Ham and Champions League runners-up Atletico Madrid.
The asking price will be around £45million.
