Arsenal are eyeing FC Twente winger Eljero Elia.
De Telegraaf says Gunners chief scout Steve Rowley attended Twente's clash with Heerenveen on Saturday.
And Rowley saw Elia turn in a stunning performance in Twente's 6-0 win.
Arsenal's Holland-based scout Peter Clarke has also checked on Elia regularly this season, while manager Arsene Wenger watched him in UEFA Cup action against Manchester City.
