New York Red Bulls striker Thierry Henry will not necessarily retire at the end of 2014.
The 36-year old Frenchman is under contract with the Red Bulls until after the next MLS season but could go around again according to comments he made in an interview on Sky Sports.
“I am trying to finish my career, which is something I really have to concentrate on. This is my last year, actually, the one coming,” Arsenal great Henry said.
“I am not saying I am retiring. I’m saying that’s my last year on paper, to make it clear.”
