Arsenal legend George Graham says Mesut Ozil's arrival isn't enough to transform them into title winners.

Graham sees weaknesses throughout the Gunners squad.

He told the Daily Star: "I'm surprised Arsenal didn't get a couple more players in.

"They needed a centre-forward. If you are going to win the title, you need someone getting you 20 league goals, not 20 cup goals."

And Graham says Wenger should have drafted in a central defender, adding: "They could have done with an experienced goalkeeper.

"The goalkeeper they have got - Wojciech Szczesny - is still in a learning process.

"Yet most teams that win the Premier League always have a very strong centre-half like Nemanja Vidic at Manchester United or Vincent Kompany at City."
