Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is planning a bid for Toulouse midfielder Etienne Capoue.
The Mail on Sunday says Wenger is considering a £10m move for Capoue this summer.
Wenger is ready to spend the £70m transfer fund at his disposal but that figure also has to cover the wages of new players.
