Arsenal legend Ray Parlour believes there is only one chance of Unai Emery winning the club the Premier League title - a massive investment into the team.

While many in the football world are impressed by the hiring of Emery, Parlour does not feel that a bit of retooling to the squad is enough to get them challenging for the biggest honors under the new Spanish manager.

Emery has a history of winning trophies, clinching three Europa League titles in a row with Sevilla. He also won the domestic treble with PSG this season.

"I would love him to do it, but I'm going to say no," Parlour said to talkSPORT when asked about Arsenal winning the league next season.

"I think Man City are going to get stronger and stronger, and I think Pep Guardiola is going to stick around.

"I can't see who's going to challenge them.

"Top four is going to be important [for Arsenal].

"They've got to get back into the Champions League, so, for me, top four will be a very successful season."
